Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 29, 2026 · Last Updated: September 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Unwrapped Solutions Inc. ("Cognik," "Cognik AI," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit cognik.ai, app.cognik.ai, or any Digital Mind experience we host (the "Services").

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Cognik Privacy Policy and the Cognik Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents. Where this Policy conflicts with the Privacy Policy on the treatment of personal information, the Privacy Policy governs.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Local storage and session storage can perform similar functions, including maintaining an authentication session. This Policy refers to these browser or device technologies collectively as "cookies."

Server and application logs are not cookies. Those records are described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep you signed in to your account between visits and maintain the security of your session;
  • remember your preferences and settings, such as display and language choices;
  • operate core platform functions including login, account access, checkout, and Digital Mind interactions;
  • understand which pages and features are being used, and how;
  • measure and improve performance, diagnose errors, and debug problems;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
  • support our own marketing measurement where permitted by law.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 5.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential technologies are used for secure login, session management, forms, fraud and abuse prevention, and core service functions. Blocking them may prevent the Services from working.

Functional storage may remember interface or account preferences. Optional analytics technologies will be listed here before they are enabled where notice or consent is required.

As of the Last Updated date, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Web Analytics were not enabled on the tested public landing page or sign-in page. The authenticated application has not yet received a complete cookie and local-storage inventory.

4. Third Parties Whose Cookies You May Encounter

The list above reflects technologies confirmed on the tested public pages. It should be updated after the authenticated application is inventoried.

Verified technologies include Supabase authentication and local storage, Google OAuth where selected, Cloudflare's security cookie (including __cf_bm where applied), Tally form technologies on Creator application pages, and cookies or storage used by Whop during checkout or subscription management.

Third-party pages and embedded services may set their own technologies under their policies. Hosting or infrastructure providers are not listed as cookie providers unless they actually store or access information on the user's device.

5. Advertising Cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or tags on our website, we do not participate in interest-based or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not permit third-party advertising partners to set cookies through our Services.

Because of this, and as stated in our Privacy Policy, Cognik does not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, or under comparable US state privacy laws.

If we introduce advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Policy, provide notice as required by law, obtain consent where required, and make a clear opt-out mechanism available, including a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, before those technologies take effect.

6. How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

You can view, delete, or block cookies and clear local storage through your browser. Blocking essential technologies may break login, checkout, or core features.

Cognik does not currently offer a complete in-product Cookie Settings tool. Emailing support cannot automatically remove cookies already stored on your device. If optional technologies requiring consent are introduced, Cognik will implement an appropriate preference control before relying on it.

Where applicable and technically relevant, Cognik recognizes Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because Cognik does not currently conduct those activities, the signal may have no additional practical effect.

7. Consent

We use essential technologies where reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services. We will seek consent before activating optional technologies where applicable law requires it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not wish to be tracked. There is no industry or legal standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and our platform does not currently respond to them. We treat all users the same regardless of DNT settings.

This is separate from Global Privacy Control, which we do honor. See Section 6.

9. What We Do Not Do

To be clear about our limits:

  • We do not use cookies to identify children or to knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
  • We do not build cross-device or cross-site tracking profiles for sale or for the marketing of third parties.
  • We do not share your individual browsing behavior with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not use cookies to access the content of your conversations with a Digital Mind. That processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies is limited to operating the platform, understanding usage, securing the Services, and supporting our own marketing measurement.

10. Children

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly place cookies for the purpose of collecting personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact support@cognik.ai and we will take steps to delete the information promptly.

11. Retention

Cookies stored on your device remain until they expire or you remove them. Provider-controlled durations depend on the provider and configuration. Cognik does not claim a fixed 90-day server-log or 30-day backup period. See the Privacy Policy for Cognik's qualified retention and deletion practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add platform features, change our analytics setup, add or remove a provider, or respond to legal and regulatory change. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our site. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy. We will not materially expand our use of cookies in a way that requires consent without first obtaining it where the law requires.
